These include, in particular, safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data as well as procedures for exercising data subject rights and responding to security incidents.

7. Hosting

  • Our website is hosted by a provider based in Germany.
  • A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
  • Server logs (IP address, date, time, accessed page) are used exclusively to ensure operation and for error analysis and are deleted after no later than seven days.

8. Use of cookies

  • Our website does not use cookies or comparable tracking technologies that require consent.
  • Only technically necessary connections required for operation are established.
  • No evaluation or storage of personal data for analytics or marketing purposes takes place.

9. Contacting us

When you contact us (e.g., by email or via a contact form), the information you provide is processed to handle and respond to the request pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the respective purpose, subject to statutory retention obligations.

10. Integration of services and content of third parties

  • Our website does not integrate external third-party content or scripts (e.g., Google Maps, YouTube, Analytics).
  • Google Fonts are provided exclusively from our own server.
  • No connection is made to Google’s servers.
  • We link to our company profile on LinkedIn.
  • These are simple links.
  • No connection to LinkedIn is established when visiting our website.
  • Only when you click the corresponding link are you redirected to LinkedIn.
  • The LinkedIn privacy policy applies there

12. Transfer of data to third countries

Personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Union unless required to comply with legal obligations or you have expressly consented.

14. Deletion of data

We delete or restrict the processing of data as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply or a statutory retention period expires. Data required to fulfill contractual or legal obligations remains stored for the duration of those obligations.

15. Updates and changes to this Privacy Policy
